July 28th is National Dance Day!

Dancing is a cardiovascular activity that is suitable for many people because of the many different types of styles. Choose a style that fits your personality and schedule: aerobic, ballroom, Zumba, ballet, belly, Latin, etc.

Just make sure you dance continuously at a pace that you can maintain for at least 30 minutes, taking rest intervals of no longer than 2 minutes, if needed. Starting your session slow and ending slow is a good way of incorporating 5-minute warm-ups and cool-downs.

Dance on your own or in a group to get social.
