The Spinning® Program During Pregnancy

This article says “Pregnancy is not a time to participate in intensive training.” Truth is that, in the absence of complications, if a woman is used to high intensity training there’s no reason to continue such a program during pregnancy.

The article also mentions the Borg’s Rating of Perceived Exertion as a way of gauging your exercise intensity, which you can find more information about here


There’s also no need to limit exercise time to 45 min per session.
